Downtown Cornerstone Church

Downtown Cornerstone is a church in the heart of Seattle, located intentionally inside the tech district, caring for and reaching the homeless and the tech millionaires alike. While looking for a permanent facility to call home, they came across a historically protected landmark building that used to house the labor unions in Seattle. Coming along side their church, we worked tirelessly to help secure project approval from the landmarks board, meet the complicated code requirements of an urban remodel structure including seismic and green energy ratings, as well as design a modern and engaging facility for DCC to call home. We are excited to see this project under construction and can't wait for the Grand Opening coming soon.
