River Valley Christian School was first established from the unification of Harvest Christian Academy and Westminster Christian School into a single campus. To assist in their transition, Risepointe conducted a Needs Analysis for their Elgin, IL location. Risepointe walked both buildings and explored the feasibility of both campuses and also the potential for relocating to a new site. Our team delivered various campus solutions, strategy recommendations, and detailed budgetary data to guide them in their decision-making process.

Program

Master planning of grade levels with an addition of a gymnasium and various sports fields. Renovation of a K-12 school with an addition to accommodate growing class sizes.

Unique Opportunities

Because each school already had a building, they saw that their challenge would be that they had too much square footage and that the grade levels would be divided from each other. Knowing that they wanted to be one unified campus, they reached out to Risepointe to help solve the problem. Risepointe walked both facilities, accessed which building would be most valuable and what would have to be added in order to hold all K-12 students.
